Born and raised in Yamagata Prefecture, Hiroto Utsunomiya (Kaito Matsukura) has never experienced life in a big city. However, after the company he works for decides to transfer him to the Tokyo head office, Hiroto begins living away from home for the first time at the age of 25. When one of his new coworkers brings him to a bar, Hiroto meets Sone (Yuki Katayama), an eccentric older woman from Tokyo. Hiroto finds himself captivated by Sone, believing that this is the start of a fateful romance, and they spend the night together.
