Dororo

Many years ago, a desperate warlord traded the flesh of his unborn child for the power to rule the world. Today, that child is known as Hyakkimaru—a human weapon forged for the expressed purpose of slaying the forty-eight demons who stole his body. In the aftermath of a gruesome battle, Hyakkimaru has a chance encounter with a petty thief by the name of Dororo. Fascinated by the swordsman, the feisty thief comes along for the ride.
However, the pair soon discover that with every piece of Hyakkimaru’s humanity they take back, the closer it draws them to the family that threw him away.
